Dear Aunt B:
We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the love and kindness you show Sam. Since Sam has been going to your resort, he is a new dog. His surgical knee is stronger than ever and he has lost 10 pounds from using the pool. He looks forward to Wednesday, his favorite day of the week to go swimming. You and your staff make us feel so welcomed and Sam loves the attention that you show him.
We are still smiling about the 13th birthday party that you had for Sam. He loved the cake, presents, banner, card and the pool. He was certainly "King for a Day."
We also appreciate the time that we had a family emergency and had to leave town. You were so accommodating letting Sam stay at your resort. Sam came home very relaxed and happy.
We appreciate the hospitality, attention and kindness that you show Sam, our 13-year-old golden retriever.

Dear Aunt B:
I just had to write to tell you how happy I am that your resort exists in the Madison area. When I moved to Wisconsin back in September, seeing your sign for a luxury pet resort off the Interstate only reinforced that the decision to move was the right one. I go back to Illinois on a regular basis and need someone to watch my miniature schnauzer on a weekly basis. Ruby had just lost her companion to cancer a few months before my move, and I was concerned that she might not handle the kennel experience well alone.
Well, my fears were extinguished the moment I entered your resort!
And, now, Ruby jumps out of the car and runs to the door of the resort, spinning in excitement all the way. If I dawdle any, she comes back to get me, yipping all the way! When I open the door she immediately runs to greet Thea and whoever else on the staff happens to be handy. She seems to feel at home at the resort, and doesn't even bat an eye when I leave. I am almost jealous! At least she could pretend she was going to miss me!
And, I would also like to commend you on the cleanliness of the entire facility. The kennel where I used to board my dogs in Illinois smelled of dog waste, and I figured that was how all kennels smelled. Well, your facility proved that thought wrong. I am amazed at how you and your staff keep the cottages looking and smelling so clean all the time.
Keep up the good work, and thanks for being there for the pampered dogs in the area!

We wanted you to know how much a part of our family you have become to not only us, but our beloved Standard Poodle, Anna Rose.
In year's past, we have boarded Anna Rose with very reputable kennels in the Madison area. She always went on a hunger strike due to abandonment and came home sick with bloody diarrhea.
Then you came along, and as soon as you were open, Anna Rose had an opportunity to board at your "resort and spa." And what a "resort and spa" it is! Upon driving up to your building the first time for a tour, we felt as though we were at a private residence. Your facilities have such a warm, homey and peaceful atmosphere.
Anna Rose is so happy with you, Aunt B. The very first time she stayed with you, she didn't quiver or cry when we dropped her off, nor has she ever. Upon picking her up at the end of her stay, she greeted us with kisses and waggy tail, but then trotted right back to Thea inside the front desk area. She wasn't ready to come home! She had eaten all her meals and wasn't sick. Not only that, but she was happy! We were thrilled. Every stay has been the same experience.
We so appreciate the variety of offerings you have, as we have no trouble finding activities for Anna Rose, even though she's not interested in the pool (Marley's Swimmin' Hole) or the Poochie Jacuzzi. I can't imagine her passing these up, but she prefers the massages, walk & sniff nature trails and play times. Being a Poodle, perhaps she doesn't want to "mess her do."
You take such great care to provide the very best for your "house guests." The care givers and other support employees are truly compassionate, loving people who bend over backwards to give the very best to not only boarding companions, but their owners as well. The direction you have given to your employees is reflected in every aspect of your business. The care that is taken to get every owner's instruction down correctly to ensure the pet's comfort is way beyond the norm.
